Fat Free Isn't Always the way to be, at Least When it Comes to Salad Dressing















Check out this article about how low fat salad dressing isn't really that good for you and in fact it's better to eat salad dressing with fat in it. It all has to do with the pairing of the fat and the nutrients in the leafy greens and how your body accepts it all. But the study/article by Purdue University does a better job at explaining it than I do so check it out!

Dirty Stallis Fence Fix


My dirty stallis fix for a dog who kept trying to escape by opening up the fence.
Previously we had to put a bungee cord around the fence and another one wrapped around the board on the left.  I got tired of having to do that as it took forever so I came up with a Dirty Stallis Solution: ZipTies!
